We use premium greyboard, duplex board, coated paper, kraft paper, art paper, and specialty paper. All materials are FSC-certified upon request. Additional components include magnets, ribbons, EVA foams, PET windows, and custom inserts.
Machinery/Production Process
Our facility includes automatic grooving machines, hot foil stamping machines, lamination machines, die-cutting machines, box-forming machines, and gluing machines. We combine automation with manual finishing for complex box structures. Color consistency is controlled via offset printing and spectrophotometer tools.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Sahabox has a dedicated Quality Control and Technical Support team responsible for ensuring product consistency and reliability across all stages of production.
Our QC team conducts visual, structural, and functional checks, while the technical team supports color matching, prototyping, and troubleshooting during printing and box assembly.
We are equipped with moisture meters, color spectrophotometers, and other measuring tools. Our team is trained in international standards and works closely with production staff to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Quality Control Procedures
We implement a multi step quality control process to maintain high standards:
Raw Material Inspection: Paper and components are tested for weight, moisture content, and physical integrity.
In-line QC: Each process (printing, lamination, die-cutting, grooving, gluing) is monitored in real time.
Color Management: LAB values are used to match color accuracy based on approved proof samples.
Final Inspection: Products undergo random quality checks based on AQL 2.5 standards.
Packaging QC: Products are packed in moisture-protected packaging with silica gel and stored in air-conditioned rooms under 25 degrees.
Origin of Materials and Components
Paperboard and specialty papers are sourced from Vietnam, Korea, and China. FSC-certified materials available upon request.

Our QC team checks each production stage using international standards. Moisture, color, and box structure are measured with calibrated tools. Customer-specific requirements can be integrated into inspection checklists. Daily reports and records are maintained for traceability.
